    As the Principal Consultant at JC Padilla Consulting, LLC, I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development across both government and military sectors. My mission is to help organizations align their people strategies with their operational goals—through expert HR consulting, leadership support, and effective conflict resolution.

    Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of teams and organizations, including the City of San Antonio, City of Tukwila, King County Public Health, the Department of Social and Health Services (Washington State), and served as a Senior Talent Manager for the U.S. Army. These experiences have sharpened my ability to manage complex dynamics, guide organizational change, and foster high-performing, collaborative work environments.
