  • Meet the Founder: Juan Carlos Padilla, MBA

    Principal Consultant & Founder

    Juan Carlos Padilla is a mission-driven HR executive and consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning public sector, non-profit, and municipal entities. Throughout his career, Juan Carlos has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams, overseeing complex workforce strategies, labor relations, compensation models, and organizational compliance for entities with 500+ employees.

    Before founding JC Padilla Consulting LLC, Juan Carlos held key leadership roles, including HR Director for the City of Tukwila, HR Project Manager for the City of San Antonio, and HR Manager within the Washington State Department of Social & Health Services. Known for his capability in high-stakes environments, he successfully negotiated nine labor contracts within ten months, built high-efficiency hiring centers, and spearheaded modernization initiatives across municipal systems.

    Juan Carlos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University and is being trained through the Diaconate Formation Program at the Mexican American Catholic College. His approach to human resources is deeply rooted in servant leadership, restorative principles, and the promotion of human dignity within the workplace. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Juan Carlos works closely with leaders to create workplace cultures where strategy and values align.
